What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

We monitor all flights in real time. In the event of a delay, your driver will adjust their schedule accordingly. If your flight is cancelled, please contact us as soon as possible so we can reschedule or assist with alternative arrangements.

How will I identify my driver on arrival?

Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a name board with your name displayed. You will also receive your driver’s direct contact number ahead of your arrival for added peace of mind.
