Booking & Reservations

You can book directly by contacting us via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Simply provide your journey details — date, time, pickup location, destination, and number of passengers — and we will confirm your booking promptly.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings, events, tours, and peak travel periods. For standard transfers and chauffeur bookings, 24 to 48 hours notice is generally sufficient. However, we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests where availability allows.

 

 

Yes. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation with all the relevant journey details. We recommend checking this carefully and contacting us immediately if anything needs to be amended.

We understand that plans change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel your booking. Cancellation terms may apply depending on the notice given and the nature of the booking.

Airport Transfers

Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding a name board with your name clearly displayed. You will also receive your driver’s contact details ahead of your arrival so you can reach them directly if needed.

We monitor all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust accordingly and be ready when you land. There is no need to contact us — we will already know.

 

Yes. We operate around the clock to accommodate all flight schedules, including early morning departures and late night arrivals.

We primarily serve Cape Town International Airport. We also cover surrounding regional airports across the Western Cape. Please confirm your specific airport at the time of booking.

Vehicles & Fleet

Our fleet includes executive sedans, SUVs, and minivans. Sedan options include the BMW 3 Series, BMW 5 Series, Mercedes C Class, Mercedes E Class, Lexus ES, and Audi A4. Our SUV options are the BMW X3, BMW X5, and Toyota Fortuner. For larger groups, we offer the Hyundai Staria, Toyota Quantum, Mercedes V Class, and Volkswagen Caravelle.

We are happy to advise you. As a general guide, sedans are ideal for individuals and couples, SUVs suit small families and groups with extra luggage, and minivans are best for larger groups. Contact us and we will help you find the right fit.

 

Yes, subject to availability. If you have a preference for a particular model, please let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing is based on factors such as the distance of the journey, the vehicle type selected, the duration of hire, and any additional extras required. Contact us for a personalised quote tailored to your specific needs.

Standard luggage is included at no extra cost. For oversized items, extra bags, or equipment requiring a trailer or storage box, an additional charge may apply. Please inform us of your luggage requirements when booking.

Tours & Experiences

We do not offer guided tours, we only do the transportation of the tours but we are not tour guides.

Absolutely. We specialise in tailored, private tours designed around your interests, schedule, and group size. Simply tell us what you have in mind and we will create a personalised itinerary for you.

 

Unless otherwise specified, tour pricing covers transport only. Entrance fees, meals, wine tastings, and activity costs are typically paid separately. We will always be clear about what is and is not included when providing your quote.

Yes. Many of our tours are full-day experiences. We can also arrange multi-day itineraries for clients wishing to explore the Garden Route or other extended routes across the Western Cape.
